Online Counselling
Online counselling sessions are provided using video software, Zoom.
Please note whether your appointment is in Eastern Time or Pacific Time Zones.
Counselling is a confidential mental health support service that offers many benefits. While some students may wish to simply talk and gain personal insights into their lives, others may want to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Counselling can also involve goal setting for health and wellbeing as well as the coordination of mental health supports and resources.
