Counselling is a confidential mental health support service that offers many benefits. While some students may wish to simply talk and gain personal insights into their lives, others may want to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Counselling can also involve goal setting for health and wellbeing as well as the coordination of mental health supports and resources.

Hi, I’m Meg, I am a (RP) Qualifying Intern Therapist with Yorkville University and in session I use relational and compassion-based therapy.

I offer same day walk in single sessions for Yorkville students every Thursday starting April 18, 2024

Thursdays (Virtually): 1:30pm – 5:30pm

If you are looking for support with school and life stressors, or just want a safe space to explore emotions, thoughts, or experiences. Our time will be dedicated to unraveling what’s going on in your life in this moment and identifying what your needs are. In our session you will be met with acceptance and compassion as we work together to discover what is most helpful for you today.

Megan recently completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She uses a queer positive, anti-racist and trauma informed lens in her methodology. She has experience working with artists, the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
